I am a double-certified Enneagram Teacher and Coach Practitioner through The Narrative Enneagram. My mission is to help individuals cultivate compassion, access inner wisdom, and better understand themselves and others. My work is deeply rooted in compassion, curiosity, and actionable change.

My Enneagram Story

The Enneagram found me in 2017, and ever since, my love for this incredible system has only grown stronger. Immersing myself in Enneagram books, blogs, and podcasts, I devoured all the wisdom I could find. I then became a Certified Narrative Enneagram Teacher (CNET) in 2021 with The Narrative Enneagram, the world's longest-running Enneagram School and the only IEA Accredited School with distinction. With the Enneagram, my mission is to help individuals develop greater compassion, cultivate inner wisdom, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves.

Eager to share the transformative power of this system that had profoundly shaped my own life. I founded Ritual Enneagram that same year and have been teaching, coaching, facilitating groups, and mentoring folks ever since! That's also when I launched my own podcast The Enneagram Typecast. Our mission? To spread Enneagram wisdom and to create a welcoming space for all who were eager to learn. The podcast has quickly gained momentum, amassing over 500k+ downloads.

Over the past few years, I have had the privilege of studying with some of the most esteemed teachers of the Enneagram. In 2023, I completed a year-long Tritype Masterclass with Katherine Fauvre, followed by an intensive year-long study with Russ Hudson in 2024. Additionally, in 2024, I returned to the Narrative Enneagram program to earn my Coaching Certification for Enneagram Practitioners (CNEP). This certification is designed for therapists, coaches, spiritual directors, and other professionals seeking to integrate the Enneagram into their work with individual clients.

My Personal Story

When I'm not coaching, I recharge through creative rituals and everyday adventures. You'll often find me caring for my collection of houseplants, exploring the symbolic languages of astrology and tarot, or testing new recipes in the kitchen. These days, I'm pouring that creative energy into restoring our historic home - a fulfilling project that blends my love of beauty with preserving the past. Nature remains my sanctuary, whether I'm wandering through misty woodlands or along rugged coastal cliffs.

My commitment to inclusivity runs deep. As a neurodivergent member of the LGBTQ+ community, I approach both life and work with an awareness of privilege and a dedication to amplifying marginalized voices. This perspective shapes how I coach, how I connect with others, and how I move through the world - always striving to create spaces where every person feels seen and valued.

I believe it’s never too late to take a big breath, pause, pivot, start anew, simplify our lives, walk away from what no longer serve us, say no, ask for help, be a better version of yourself, try, fail, repeat, believe in magic, or make small deliberate steps with intention and purpose not knowing where the road leads.
