Hello, I'm Lee (she/her), a multi-passionate and multi-talented practitioner who thrives at the intersection of self-discovery and creative design. As a certified Enneagram teacher and coach, I guide individuals on transformative journeys of personal growth. At the same time, with over two decades of expertise in branding, I bring a human-centered approach to crafting impactful, purpose-driven brands.
My Enneagram Story
The Enneagram found me in 2017, and ever since, my love for this incredible system has only grown stronger. Immersing myself in Enneagram books, blogs, and podcasts, I devoured all the wisdom I could find. I then became a Certified Narrative Enneagram Teacher (CNET) in 2021 with The Narrative Enneagram, the world's longest-running Enneagram School and the only IEA Accredited School with distinction. With the Enneagram, my mission is to help individuals develop greater compassion, cultivate inner wisdom, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves.
Eager to share the transformative power of this system that had profoundly shaped my own life. I founded Ritual Enneagram that same year and have been teaching, coaching, facilitating groups, and mentoring folks ever since! That's also when I launched my own podcast The Enneagram Typecast. Our mission? To spread Enneagram wisdom and to create a welcoming space for all who were eager to learn. The podcast has quickly gained momentum, amassing over 500k+ downloads.
Over the past few years, I have had the privilege of studying with some of the most esteemed teachers of the Enneagram. In 2023, I completed a year-long Tritype Masterclass with Katherine Fauvre, followed by an intensive year-long study with Russ Hudson in 2024. Additionally, in 2024, I returned to the Narrative Enneagram program to earn my Coaching Certification for Enneagram Practitioners (CNEP). This certification is designed for therapists, coaches, spiritual directors, and other professionals seeking to integrate the Enneagram into their work with individual clients.
My Personal Story
I'm someone who finds joy in a variety of passions that add color to my life. When I'm not daydreaming about my next travel adventure with my husband Nicholas, you'll likely find me tending to my beloved plants, exploring the mysteries of astrology and tarot, whipping up magic in the kitchen, or simply getting lost in the world of books, movies, and photography.
Nature is my sanctuary, offering solace and renewal. Wandering through the serene woodlands of Portland, Oregon, or along the breathtaking coastlines of the Pacific Northwest uplifts my spirit. Whenever possible, I retreat to my adopted home in Cork, Ireland, where I find peace and inspiration.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I'm conscious of my privileges and committed to supporting those whose voices need to be amplified. My Creative Story
With a passion for brand design and a fascination with the intricacies of personality, I am continuously motivated to unravel the mysteries of our identities. Exploring the reasons behind our preferences, I strive to create authentic brands and craft compelling messaging. As a creative director, graphic designer, and brand strategist, my passion lies in uplifting brands and individuals, enabling them to reach their full potential and embrace their unique and magical gifts.
From an early age, I’ve been drawn to artistic expression and design, a passion that led me to earn a BFA in Graphic Design. This journey has taken me through diverse fields, including marketing, advertising, packaging, and environmental design, ultimately allowing me to specialize in brand design and consulting. I take pride in creating visually stunning brands, websites, and impactful social media experiences, with a focus on the hospitality industry and small to mid-sized businesses.
